A loose, girly bow tied together the eccentricity of the skirt with a simple black tank top, which she accessorized with a singular cuff and a whole mess of earrings. 

The beauty look, which is often what makes Watson's ensembles stand out from her competitors, is also one worth talking about. There was a) a divine orange-y red lip, b) minimal eye makeup, as always, and c) a tousled, slightly messy fake "lob." It's a classic play, but provides the unexpected flair that makes Watson shine on the red carpet.
