Ariel Winter stepped out in a curve-hugging, black mini-dress on Saturday, making yet another glam public appearance since announcing she'd undergone breast reduction surgery in June.

Winter, 17, arrived at Taylor Swift's L.A. concert looking confident and staying true to her word: She's going to have much more fun with fashion now that she's gone from a size 32F to a 34D.

"I'm just excited to try on all the dresses! Now I can wear all styles of dresses and all styles of things," Winter told Glamour.com, after describing all the difficulties she'd had shopping for her size. "I don't always have to
pick the highest, most formfitting dress I can find. I can pick something else and still feel good about myself."
